Acceptance of terms

By using NewPrompt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What NewPrompt is

NewPrompt is a project execution platform for building projects with AI. It helps you take a goal and turn it into a plan and an ordered execution path, and it provides the Projects, Workflows, Resources, Tools, and Project Advisor you use to carry that work out with the AI tool of your choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

NewPrompt structures and guides the work; you make the decisions and build the result. The public layers are free to use and do not require an account. Workspace — a member layer for saving and continuing your work — is in development and is covered separately below.

Eligibility

You may use NewPrompt only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law, and only in a way that complies with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, or misleading purposes;
• create content or outputs intended to manipulate, deceive, or cause harm to people or systems;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass protections on the platform;
• use automated traffic in a way that degrades the platform for other users;
• resell, redistribute, or present the platform or its published content as your own service.

Your content and outputs

The content and outputs you create using the platform — including prompts, project plans, workflow outputs, and other generated material — remain yours. NewPrompt does not claim ownership of what you create.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it in production systems, customer-facing applications, or AI pipelines.

AI tools and human-owned work

NewPrompt does not run AI models on your behalf and does not build your project for you. It structures the work and provides the prompts, workflows, and guidance that you use with the AI tool of your choice, under that tool's own terms. You are responsible for your use of any third-party AI service and for the code, decisions, and final result you produce.

Intellectual property

The NewPrompt name, website design, interface, source code, and the published Projects, Workflows, Resources, and other platform content are owned by NewPrompt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, or offer the platform itself, or its published content, as your own service without permission.

Feedback submissions

You may use the feedback form to send bug reports, suggestions, or general comments. Please do not submit API keys, passwords, credentials, confidential business information, or other sensitive data through feedback forms.

By sending feedback, you allow NewPrompt to store and review your message and to use non-confidential suggestions to improve the platform.

No professional advice

Explanations, examples, workflows, and guidance on the platform are provided for general information only and should not be treated as legal, security, financial, AI-safety, or other professional advice.

No warranty

NewPrompt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific output quality, compatibility with every AI model, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Always review and test outputs before using them in production, AI systems, or automated pipelines.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewPrompt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including issues resulting from prompts, project plans, or other outputs used in production systems, automated workflows, or customer-facing applications.

Workspace and future member features

NewPrompt is developing Workspace, a member layer for saving outputs, tracking progress, and continuing projects over time. Workspace is not yet available. When it launches, additional terms may apply to accounts, member features, stored content, and any paid plans, and those terms will be presented before you use them. Nothing in these terms grants access to member features that are not yet released.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the platform — including any project, workflow, resource, tool, the Project Advisor, or other features — at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NewPrompt after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes related to the platform will be handled by the courts of Istanbul, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
