By using NewPrompt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its tools.

Use of the service

NewPrompt provides free browser-based AI workflow tools for personal and commercial workflows, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the tools for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading purposes;
• generate prompts designed to manipulate, deceive, or cause harm to users or systems;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass protections on the site;
• use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service for other users.

Prompts and outputs

AI prompts generated by NewPrompt tools are produced based on the inputs and configuration you provide. You are responsible for reviewing any generated prompt before using it in production systems, customer-facing applications, or AI pipelines.

NewPrompt tools are designed to run locally in your browser, but we cannot guarantee that every generated prompt will produce the intended behaviour across every AI model, version, or deployment context.

Feedback submissions

You may use the feedback form to send bug reports, suggestions, or general comments. Please do not submit API keys, passwords, credentials, confidential business information, or other sensitive data through feedback forms.

By sending feedback, you allow NewPrompt to store and review your message and to use non-confidential suggestions to improve the site and its tools.

Intellectual property

The prompts you create remain yours. NewPrompt does not claim ownership of the content you write or generate using the tools.

The NewPrompt name, website design, interface, source code, and content are owned by NewPrompt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or offer the service itself as your own without permission.

No professional advice

NewPrompt is a technical utility site. Any explanations, examples, or guidance on the site are provided for general information only and should not be treated as legal, security, AI safety, or professional advice.

No warranty

NewPrompt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific prompt quality, compatibility with every AI model, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Always review and test generated prompts before using them in production, AI systems, or automated pipelines.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewPrompt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including issues resulting from prompts used in production AI systems, automated workflows, or customer-facing applications.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NewPrompt after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes related to the service will be handled by the courts of Istanbul, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
